  (1)注意事項:談判就是相關(guān)雙方或多方通過協(xié)商和討論達成協(xié)議,以滿足彼此的需要和合作關(guān)系。商務(wù)談判主要有三個階段:準備階段、面對面的談判階段、后期階段。準備階段需要準備的包括:收集信息、計劃策略和操作談判,如:日程、特殊策略、需要確認的事實、地點等。面對面的談判階段就是面對面的交流,雙方以開誠布公的方式進行有效談判,最終達到雙贏。后期階段是在所有的條款和事項已經(jīng)達成一致,有一方起草合同,另一方根據(jù)自己的想法修改,使其對雙方更有利。

  (1)注意事項:舉行一個宴會能突出一個人的社交能力、安排計劃能力與處世能力。商業(yè)宴會應(yīng)該安排的很嚴謹、很仔細。請客時:應(yīng)該早到并等待歡迎客人;等待客人時,可以要一些水及軟飲料,但不要吃東西;根據(jù)客人建議定菜單;要引入商業(yè)話題;提前將信用卡給服務(wù)生結(jié)賬。做客時:要守時,如果要遲到的話,要給主人打電話;不要將手包或錢包留在桌子上;商務(wù)會議的時候要斷掉手機。
