11.困難和挑戰(zhàn)并不可怕。中國(guó)的發(fā)展從來(lái)都是在應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)中前進(jìn)的，沒(méi)有過(guò)不去的坎。

14.健全督查問(wèn)責(zé)機(jī)制，堅(jiān)決整肅慵政懶政怠政行為，決不允許占著位子不干事。
